Non-Metallic Expansion
Joints
Series NCS 300, 400, and
550 are for
use in wet or dry applications with continuous
operating temperatures up to 550°F
and a
working pressure of ±5 psig. The
NCS series
expansion joints are manufactured from an
EPDM, fluoroelastomer (FKM)
or fluoroplastic
(TFE) compound and
reinforced with single
or multiple plies of fabric and/or knitted wire.
Series NHS 550, 600, 800, 1000
and 1200 are for
use in dry flue gas and hot air applications with
continuous
operating temperatures up to 1200° F
and a working pressure of ± 2 psi. The NHS
series expansion joints are multi-layered composites manufactured from layers of
an outer cover, fabric reinforcement, thermal insulation materials, and
internal
primary gas seal. Please contact

up to 2000° F.
Series NPR 320
and 980 are for use in piping
systems to isolate equipment from vibration and
thermal movements in a broad range of applications.
